Our surveying tool can be used to survey pretty much anything. Pupils, teachers, parents, governors. There are no restrictions on number of surveys or responses. Surveys are simple to set up and edit, and accessing results couldn't be easier. Simply click on a quesiton to view results in graph form. Click on an answer to view the names who chose that response.

2How to access the National Physical Activity and Well Being Survey

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys’
  • Scroll down to ‘National Surveys’
  • Click on the Primary or Secondary survey depending on your school
  • Click ‘download link’ and save to shared drive for pupils to click on link to complete the survey

3How to create your own survey

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys’
  • Click on ‘Surveys’ in the orange box
  • Select ‘add custom survey’
  • Fill in the boxes and save
  • Scroll down to the bottom and add the questions

4What is a ‘Direct Survey’ and a 'non-direct survey'

  • A direct survey provides a link to the creator to send to anyone to complete that survey. The results are only available to that person through their account
  • A ‘Non-direct survey’ allows the creator to select which schools’ account the survey will be dropped into. The school and the creator will get the results. The school at pupil level and the creator at school level

5How to access a survey from the Koboca Library

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys’
  • Click on surveys in the orange box and select from the drop down menu

6How to edit a question

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys’
  • Select a survey
  • Click on the edit button for that survey
  • Scroll down to the question you wish to edit
  • Click edit

7How to change the order of the questions

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys’
  • Select the survey you wish to edit
  • Click the edit button
  • Scroll down to the question you want to move
  • Click and hold the ‘arrows’ button and move the question to the place you want it

8How to test a survey before sending out

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys’
  • Find the survey you wish to send out and click ‘test’
  • This allows you to check the survey without the data being recorded

9How to send a link out for people to complete the survey

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys’
  • Find the survey you want to send out
  • Click on ‘copy’
  • Paste into the email you are sending out

10How to view reports

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys Reports’
  • Go to the survey you wish to see the report from
  • Select the individual question or all data report
  • View the graph for results. 
  • click on a segment of the graph to see the make up of that response

11How to cross reference reports and create your own filters

  • Log in to your account
  • Click ‘My Surveys reports’
  • Click on the report you wish to see
  • Click on a specific question
  • Click on a column / answer
  • Click ‘create custom filter’
  • Go to any other question
  • Go to the ‘filter’ and select the filter you have just created
  • This will strip all other data leaving just the filter group

  • Click on a report you wish to see
  • Click on a specific question
  • Click ‘Trends’ in the orange box

  • Click on a survey you wish to repeat
  • Click on ‘Duplicate’
  • Complete the survey

This provides a license and login for every school in a sports partnership

Unlimited access for all schools in a partnership.

Partnership accounts provide access to every school in your partnership with unlimited access to surveys, virtual competitions and the competition management system for a full year.

Prices

  • Individual schools license - £199
  • Sports Partnership license - £1,000
  • 4 or more Sports Partnerships buying at the same time - £500 per SSP

For a SSP of 65 schools buying alongside another 3 partnerships this works out at £7.69 per school
