The homework for this week is all about health!

As a school, we are using a software product called Koboca, to allow us to meet the needs of our pupils and provide the activities they request.

The first eight questions are all around physical activity. This will help us gain an understanding of how physically active our pupils are, and identify activities which will attract a wide range of pupils at our school. We understand it is very difficult to state when your child is active as it changes from week to week. However, please base this on a typical week and try not to think too hard on each question. If your child normally goes out every day after school and is physically active with friends e.g. goes on their bike, plays tig, plays football on the field etc. please reflect this in the survey under informal activity. Try to include all their activity, e.g. swimming lessons, sports clubs, dance class etc.

Your child will then be asked some nutritional questions. It is fine for you to talk to them about the questions but please don't give them the answers. Allow them to get the questions wrong as they will get more than one attempt at a question. They will receive a certificate at the end based on the number of questions they get right. We can print these out at school if you need us too.

The survey is compatible on PC's, laptops, tablets and phones. If you do not have access to the internet, we will try and complete the survey with your child in school. We would like this to be done at home where possible to give us the most accurate results.
